How to convert your visitors to become your buyer? Providing a first-time offer could be just the nudge for your visitors needs to be converted to a paying customer.
Offer or coupon for first-time buyer is available for Product, Cart and Shipping coupon types. First-time buyer means the buyer who never purchased from your store before.
You may found the selection of “1st time buyer only” as below.
If you enable the coupon for “1st-time buyer only” then the limit per customer will default to 1. This means the discount or coupon can only apply 1 time per new customer.
If you created 3 coupon types offer for the 1st-time buyers, then the new buyer can only use either 1 of it. Once the buyer had applied 1 of the coupon and placed order then the buyer is not entitled to others anymore.
