What is required when you register to be a NetPay merchant?

1. Download and fill up the NetPay Registration Form. You can download the form here.

2. Make sure that you submit the relevant documents as needed below.

For Individual account:

  • Photocopy of MyKad / Passport
  • Latest Bank Statement Header (Name, Bank A/C No. & Mailing Address)

For Business / Company account:

  • Photocopy of MyKad / Passport
  • Private & Public Limited Company
    • Form 24, Form 49, Memorandum & Article of Association, Board of Directors’ Resolution Form 9 & 13 (If any)
  • Proprietor
    • Form D, Form A & Business License
  • Partnership
    • Form D, Form B & Business License
  • Form 23 (Trading License)
  • Latest Bank Statement Header (Name, Bank A/C No. & Mailing Address)

After you have complete filling up the registration form and prepared the documents, you can either email it to register@netpay.my, or Fax it to 03-80608528, or send it by registered courier to Lelong.my’s office.
